We opened our first overseas women-only branch in Singapore at i12 Katong Mall in 2014. We hope to spread our unique signature style; Unification of Music and Hot Yoga to the Singaporean community. With over 15 years of experience in operating studios in Japan, LAVA has risen to become the biggest hot yoga brand. LAVA’s concept of “An Hour Of Yoga Lasts For A Lifetime” is about bringing the studio close to the homes of people to encourage the practice of yoga as part of daily life to achieve the various health goals and a means to find happiness. The women-only studio is a unique concept as the programs are catered to the wellness, health and beauty of women. There are a variety of specially-designed programs catering to yogis of all levels. The signature Basic program is a continuous Vinyasa flow class fused with original music to appeal to the 5 senses through breath and movement.
