Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open exclusively to Great Rewards Members from 1 Apr to 30 Apr 2021, except the following parties:
Employees of GWC COMMERCIAL PTE. LTD., its agencies, retail partners, tenants, tenants’ staff and their immediate family members.

2. One (1) $10 Dining Voucher 
a) With every purchase of $100* Great Rewards e-Vouchers in a single transaction.
b) Limited to 1,000 redemptions.

3. One (1) $10 Great Rewards e-Voucher 
a) With purchase of $200* Great Rewards e-Vouchers in a single transaction.
b) Limited to 500 redemptions.

4.  One (1) $50 Great Rewards e-Voucher
a) With a min. spend of $150*.
b) Valid on 6 Apr, 13 Apr, 20 Apr and 27 Apr only.
c) Redemption excludes receipts from 7-Eleven, Guardian Health and Beauty, Watsons and Supermarkets.
d) Receipt time must be from 11am onwards.
e) Limited to 50 redemptions per day.
f) Limited to 1 redemption per member for full campaign period.
g) Original receipts must be presented before a queue number is issued. A queue number will be issued upon verification of the receipt.
h) Missed queue numbers will be forfeited.
i) Limited to 1 redemption per queue number.

5. No limit to the no. of combined same-day receipts, each full payment receipt must be $20 and above.

6. Gifts are awarded on a first-come, first-served and while stocks last basis.

7. All members must be physically present in person with their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

8. All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 10.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

9. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Great World are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

10. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, deposit/partial payments, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart, kiosk and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.

11. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

12. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

13. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

14. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

15. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
