- Redeem at MEIDI-YA Supermarket Customer Service Counter
- Spend a minimum of S$100 (GST inclusive) in a single receipt at MEIDI-YA Supermarket to redeem one S$10 MEIDI-YA Supermarket Gift Voucher
- All payment must be made with a valid JCB Card to qualify for S$10 Gift Voucher
- Valid JCB Card, Charge Slip and MEIDI-YA Receipt(s) of more than $100 (GST inclusive) must be presented to collect voucher at MEIDI-YA Customer Service Counter
- Each customer can redeem more than one voucher
- Multiple vouchers can be used for purchases at MEIDI-YA Supermarket and Hokkaido Dosanko Plaza, together with a valid JCB Card for payment
- Voucher is valid for use by 30 April 2021 (Friday)
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, points, store credits, gift cards, MEIDI-YA merchandise or any other membership points
- No refund on unused portion of a voucher and no replacement if a voucher is lost, stolen or misplaced
- JCB and MEIDI-YA reserve the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable
- JCB shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the offers and products within MEIDI-YA
- JCB and MEIDI-YA reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or end the promotion without prior notice
