Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open exclusively to all Great Rewards Members from 4 to 31 Mar 2023, unless otherwise stated.

2. GO, EAT, SHOP, RECYCLE: 500 Great Rewards Points
a) With minimum spend of $20 in a receipt.
b) Double spend is required for supermarkets.
c) Receipt(s) must be stamped at point of purchase by the retailer.
d) Limited to first 5,000 transactions, no limit to number of redemptions per day.
e) Instant awarding via Great Rewards App.
f) While stocks last.

3. THE GREAT JAMBOREE: Redeem 1 Game Play Card with 100 Great Rewards Points
a) This e-Voucher is valid from 4 – 21 Mar 2023.
b) This e-Voucher must be presented at The Great Jamboree Ticketing Booth at Great World, Level 1 Atrium to exchange for the Game Play Card.
c) The Great Jamboree opens daily 11.00am – 9.00pm
d) 2 rides (The Grand Carousel & Airplane Ride) will be available from 4 – 12 Mar 2023.
e) 5 rides (The Grand Carousel, Airplane Ride, Spaceship Ride, Teacup Ride and Unicorn Playland) & 3 game booths (Ring Toss, Feed the Clown, and Pyramid Cups) will be available from 13 – 21 Mar 2023.
f) Strictly no extension and if e-Voucher is not utilised prior to its expiry date, it will be deemed forfeited.
g) The e-voucher will not be replaced or refunded if its expired or unlawfully obtained.
h) Upon redemption or utilisation, e-Vouchers are not refundable or transferrable or exchangeable for cash, credit or points.
i) Great Rewards points deducted are not refundable.
j) The management reserves the right to change the promotion or offer without prior notice.

4. Each full payment receipt must be $20 and above.

5. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Great World are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.

6. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

7. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

8. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

9. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

10. All members are required to present their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number in person for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

11. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Great World are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

12. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.

13. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.
