Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open exclusively to Great Rewards Members from 7 Jan – 15 Feb 2022, except the following parties: Employees of GWC COMMERCIAL PTE. LTD., its agencies, retail partners, tenants, tenants’ staff and their immediate family members.

2. AUSPICIOUS GIVEAWAYS: One (1) Pack of Great World Red Packets
a) With a min. spend of $68 (double-spending for supermarket receipts).
b) Limited to a maximum of TWO (2) packs per member per day.

3. PARKING BLISS: One (1) $2 Carpark Dollars
a) With a min. spend of $68 (double-spending for supermarket receipts).
b) Limited to first 50 redemptions per day.

4. BOUNTIFUL DRAW: One (1) Lucky Draw Chance
a) With every $68 spent in a single receipt (double-spending for supermarket receipts)
b) Max 20 chances per member per day, regardless of amount spent
c) There will be seven (6) Lucky Draw winners in total. The winners for the Lucky Draw will be drawn at 1500 hrs on 18 Feb 2022 at Great World Basement Office located at 1 Kim Seng Promenade, Great World City, Singapore 237994.
d) Winners will be notified via email and/or mobile phone registered in Great Rewards.
e) Results will be published on Great World’s social media platforms & website on 25 Feb 2022.

5. Citi Cardmembers Exclusive: One (1) $10 Great Rewards e-Voucher
a) With a min. spend of $118 ($168 for supermarket receipts) when you charge your purchase(s) to a valid Citi Credit Card.
b) Credit charge slip(s) and valid physical/digital Citi Credit Card must be presented for verification at the point of redemption.
c) Name on valid Citi Credit Card card must be the same as the member’s name in Great Rewards.
d) Limited to the first 500redemptions only.

6. SURE-WIN LUCKY SPIN: One (1) Sure-Win Spin Chance
a) With a min. spend of $38 for F&B Cafes or restaurants, $20 min. spend for F&B Kiosks.
b) Limited to a maximum of TWO (2) spins per member per day.
c) Limited to the first 2,000 redemptions only.

7. No limit to the no. of combined same-day receipts, each full payment receipt must be $20 and above.

8. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day. While stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. All promotional tiers are mutually exclusive (except point 2, 3 and 4), members can redeem for either but not all. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and promotional redemptions.

10. Customer Service Counter is closed on 1 & 2 Feb 2022 and normal operations will resume on 3 Feb 2022, 10am. Only for purchase(s) made on 1 & 2 Feb 2022, please upload your receipt(s) on the same day of purchase via Great Rewards mobile app and visit our Customer Service Counter with original receipt(s) and proof of payment such as credit card charge slip by 7 Feb 2022 to process your redemption.

11. All members must be physically present in person with their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

12. All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 10.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

13. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Great World are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

14. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers (except point 5), Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, deposit/partial payments, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart, kiosk and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.

15. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

16. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

17. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

18. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

19. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
